Because the fail part is bullshit.
In the original mythology, the Cat isn't even in the story (cats aren't native to China). Some versions even have the Cat DYING while attempting to catch up with the group or being CURSED for failing to show up.
Seems casual, and fun. Why not?
Edit: The art doesn't seem to get any better, though.
I'm interested, this looks fun!
Could use some proofreading. No need to put "the" in front of every word when listing things.
I.e: The rat, ox, tiger, etc. Would be correct.
Still, can't wait for the next chapter and thanks for picking this webtoon up
