So since nobody has really explained it, I think I will.
NTR, or netorare, is similar to the western concept of a cuckold. It's not just that you're cheating on your loved one, but you somehow get off on the perverse notion that they are watching and know that you're cheating on them. Sometimes it involves rape and mindbreak. It's the worst form of mindfuckery.
Think of it this way: In NTR, the villain ALWAYS wins.
I dislike it because I'd rather not get high blood pressure. Some people are into it. Whatever floats your boat.
I've never seen it actually happen in a manga, and I've read a few. I hear it happens in hentai sometimes. Certainly, none of the times I've seen people shriek "NTR! NTR! Wolf! Wolf!" on Batoto threads has there ever actually been any. I'm sure this is the same.
So if you want to say a manga has cheating in it, just say that already. I know, I know, it doesn't have the same dramatic frisson, but it also won't be trolling.
Maybe you might understand what it is supposed to be, when you can feel your blood boiling and you hear the sound of you heart beating in anger after going through the story, might as well have an utter desire to open a hole in the head of one or more characters. That would be more like it.
Seriously, no kidding, you guys are mistaken.
