Yes, but Ishikawa is the main writer and brain of Getter. Even if Nagai was originally involved, he probably had no part in any of this.

Ryoma from Ishikawa's original manga, Armageddon and New all met their own future selves, not other Ryomas from other products. There was no mention of any "keeper" in New. While Ryoma didn't die in the end, his fate was left mostly unexplained.
