And this is why the lesbian characters ruin everything, it's cause they are so clingy and are willing to do anything and everything within their power to get what they want. This extends to the villains and psychopaths in general, but you get my point.

Great manga, really fun read. So glad i randomly came across this

Series kinda fell off for me once they did the backstory but I still had fun.

The art was aight and the ending was fair. Shippe ended up being a fucking cool character though.

Dude made the series so much more enjoyable and I'm super happy that he got the ending he desired.

Thanks for the TL's though Deus Ex scans.

Solid ending! :)

Fit the series pretty well imo.

I also think that the author could probably make sequel of it he wanted too.

In anycase thanks Deus Ex scans!

Well, ending was quite different compared to earlier chapters which can be depicted as gruesome and i felt kinda bad for those characters dying in such..... fcked up ways. Nonetheless it was a satisfying journey, and ending was still far better than a lot of endings out there. But there is only one BUT. If  someone could expain to me what sakuya meant by creating false osekamihime i would be really grateful, because i couldn't understand that part maybe it's because of my lack of sleep... I will try reading it again after getting some good rest.

This is going to be a long text but it could help you a little.

Good enough ending for a story like this.

Thanks to all the guys of Deus Ex Scans for the hard work throughout the years!!

A story reaching its end at the proper pace, not looking axed, not looking uselessly prolungated, and great storywriting...

Thanks a lot to the releasers for all their work! :)

Great story, great art & a great read!
Quite recommendable!

Acceptable bittersweet ending, feels fitting given the overall tone of the manga.

Considering how depressing and harsh were the first chapters of this manga, this ending is pretty okay, not exactly a happy resolution but not a heart-breaking one either; even if there was some details that I didn't liked especially in the final part of the manga I have to say that this was a pretty satisfying read, thanks to the great staff of Deus Ex Scans for the awesome work that they did with this story for the last two years and two or three days, in January the first chapter of this manga was released here and in January it ends, the time sure goes away fast, two years came and now are gone in an instant.

PD

Of all the characters my favourite one and the one that I am going to miss the most is Shippe, that dog just was awesome; and the prize for the most tragic forgotten character has to go to that dog that could control itself for his lover but still got slaughtered, I always felt bad about him and I don't even remember his name.

An acceptable ending. Thanks for everything. =D

Just one more chapter... My heart is already prepare for it.

Thanks for the chapter!

Why do i really like this development? q.q

He killed Sakuya's mother, didn't he? And if the head is still intact they can pretty much revive him, so this might not be the last thing we see of that character; as I said before I don't really care about him but it would an extremely disappointing development if this ends being his demise.

Possibly a few more kills besides that one, that we didn't see. But the other guys while operating on a bunch of lies they still pretty much gave into their baser nature without too much of a qualm; Kaina was under the influence of a mind control spell (though he did struggle against it as much as he was able) it makes him not liable for his actions under it's influence.

But with only two chapters left it doesn't really matter I guess? I always become a little disinterested as soon as I know the end is nigh.

Two chapters left

It's a good example but compare the time of how long they have been inugami, kaina has a pretty short history, that's why he's showing some kind of moments of awakening. Other were changed for hundred of years.

About this last chapters who were meant to be something like redemption like you said, i feel bad for them only because it's not like they wanted to be inugami, it was all a fault of fure who because of her obsession caused destruction around her. But that doesn't change the fact that they are/were murderers and rapists. I don't know why i but i have more hatred towards rapists rather than murderers.

Because a muderer kills, when a person dies it's the end, that's it. Rapists however leave a wound that will never heal, a wound that will always ache and remind you of times of powerlessness and unreasonable violence. Even worse than them are pedophiles, these ones deserve nothing but a brutal murder through torture.

Also, people have many reasons to murder another person, while the action may seen unforgiveable, there are many "valid' reasons among them. While rape is always commited due to wicked thoughs of self satisfaction

Hmm, I didn't really think of it as a redemption arc. Kaina is the only one of them that really has any hope of coming out of this 'clean' and that's because he's young, hasn't killed or raped anyone, and hasn't been living his life based on a bunch of lies for hundreds of years. At best all the others could hope for would be to realize how wrong they've been and voluntarily kill themselves for their crimes against what should have been their kin.

Too bad that chance is gone now. Damnit for a second there I really thought this would have a good end.

No, it's really not.

homophobia is one kind of good phobia

No, it's really not.

Sounds more like you have homophobia.

The author has a fetish about amputation or something ?

Still a good read though

Oh, come on! He has just regained his senses......
Read the chapter 48 ONLY when the next one will be done... OK, I said it, you are warned.

Thanks for the chapters guys, but you could have saved the 48 for the next update >_<
