It's like a mix of isekai and the modern world. "School" exists in the isekai world.
Well, I will admit that it does sometimes go a bit overboard. But think about this for a moment, if you are okay with tentacles, then what's the issue with adorable little bunnies and the like?

This is so clear fanservice ecchi loaden, it crys out the fact that there wont be much worldbuilding etc.

Well, yeah. You should be right, with the 2 "last rookies" added in, it's doubtful any more peeps will be added in, at least any time soon. But the concern remains the same, especially if we use KonoSuba as an example. In the same way that Konosuba didn't go anywhere in particular, I sense the same will apply to this manga as well. There's a need to have some Carrot with that Stick, a plus with the downside. And right now, the girls in this manga are getting their shit handed to them with no hope in sight for improvement.
If that won't change, the manga will pretty much stagnate within 2 chappies.
How to break someone mentally:
1) Throw at them useless baggage which seem to be useless at first glance.
2) Repeat step 1 for a total of three time.
3) Throw at them someone who is useful.
4) Until they realize they are also useless.

I think we have all of our main cast of characters. I think anymore added will play minor roles like in KonoSuba
There better be no more characters added to this manga. There are already too many, and the story will just die off in a few chapters if this sort of trend will continue. It seems to have some form of comic *cough* promise, that'd be a shame if it'd completely burn out.

...I have no idea what you're talking about, mate. Who was complaining? I was making an assertion. If you privatize physical / psychiatric treatment at large, you're on the high road to corruption.
