Just in case anyone other than NecroMac was wondering, the game has the same name as the manga.

As for the manga, from what I got, it's a short story about 2 children that were left alone, after some kind of apocalypse. There are many untold parts, but it's not that bad. You don't really need to know who they were or what happened to enjoy this story, in my humble opinion.
Probably one to avoid if you're not already a fan of the game.
