Other than the rants, twas a cute read. I'm also a big corruption / mind break / brainwash freak, I enjoyed the whole melancholy behind the servants-system, turning one's friends into dolls and all, even if it was short-lived.
It's just too bad the manga went : "fk u" by waving the "happy happy dokidoki" half-assed catharsis flag.
I wonder if the VN also ends on such a half-hearted note.
Does this manga follow a specific route from the VN, either Erika's or the true route? Or is it original?

Have to agree with you on this. IMO the anime wasnt much better, but the Visual Novel is by far the BEST!! has GREAT ending, and the story for each REALLY opens up and the endings made me want to replay it. My favorite is the -cool beauty- Kuze. Her story left me all warm and fuzzy inside.
Hmmmmm. A lukewarm ending. It gives me a slightly fuzzy feeling, but it makes me yawn pretty hard. It felt like 2 extra chapters of couple-teasing, rather than the ending of a series. Well, it was cute and it wasn't bad, so i'll give it credit for that.
On a side note, Iori was by far the best character imo.
