bwaaahahahah...this is so bad it's funny. imercenary is right, it's like generic shoujo gags just threw up all over the page and this is what we got. Also, random bikini scene and panty flashes in a non ecchi shoujo? please. Girls who read shoujo don't want to see it and guys will probably find so many other things about this manga that totally turn them off that the flashes are totally pointless. Read it if you want to laugh at how bad it is, but don't bother taking it seriously it's too stupid you can't.
