You know, even if you can do better, making snide public comments about the quality of volunteer work is still pretty tasteless. As a reader, I'd appreciate it if you didn't. It's neither pleasant nor constructive.
That would imply quality checking. Which would in turn imply quality, so pretty doubtful.
Getting back on topic, I hope the author starts a new series soon. Fantasma was pretty enjoyable, even after it got screwed over by the editing team and transferred to SQ.19 to die. Hopefully I'll finally be able to buy the last volume next week, 1 and 2 had lots of extras so I'm looking forward to see what 3 has.
