Any idea where this stands in relation to the rest of Durarara!!? Is it a stand-alone/side-story, do I pretty much have to read the main series stuff first to understand (I swear I'll get back to that someday, honest), belongs somewhere in sequence, what?

I'll help by explaining how the two differs: DRRR 'introduces' all the characters and setting, while DRRR3W 'adds' more elaboration of the setting and one more character (the mc this time).
