How the hell do you think they are mind reading wizards? If you mean her going to the conclusion that her husband is cheating on her and loves another woman? Well, that's her greatest fear. When you know your marriage is on the rocks and your husband suddenly turns cold towards you and rebuffs all attempts at rapprochement (after responding to them a week earlier) then stuff does start playing on your mind.
From his end he fear his wife is being unfaithful which makes him tetchy. I do think he still loves her deep down but facing all these issues is too painful for him. He's seeking escape with the one person who currently makes him feel free of his burden but that person can't respond to him because of her personal issues. He's trying to convince himself that having a simply sexual relationship with her is enough but it is eating away at him and driving him into further extreme acts.
He did have a brief moment where it looked like he would manage to get stuff a bit more in balance with his wife and all but that faded quickly between him being uncertain about his relationship with Yeul-Ah and Yeul-Ah herself having old fears resurface after her ex-bf played on those fears. Queue Yeul-Ah pulling back, not appearing or contacting him for a few days, him descending into a pit of stress and despair and their relationship being sharply changed when they get back together.
Man, I do hope the various characters can work through their issues. The MC is currently very much on a track to destroying everything he cares about. And man, I do feel sorry for the wife. I also feel sorry for the MC, he's in a dark place at the moment but it he is currently actively doing things to increasingly demean himself and his closest relationships; I'd say that is not a very attractive trait in someone...

I feel she went to have sex to get some frustration out about this whole situation with her boss and the girl...
Granted, she did talk about him once during sex with her fiance, and he asked if he should beat him up, and she said no...

Yeah, his stress from his job has turned him into an asshole to his wife, because he doesn't want to "seem weak" to her... for some reason...
I feel there is some backstory needed on that. When she finds out about him, he gets really upset.
She gets upset because she thinks this other girl is more important to talk to than his own wife, or w/e the situation would be.

Will the employee find her boss with Yuel-Ah? Maybe, but it will probably be covered up or something. It's been an interesting flash back full of chapters, but now we shall see....
But, the wife is part of the issue too. She gets mad at things and that's why he doesn't want to talk to her, besides not "being strong" for her, which seems to be the entire issue.
