edit: Official release will finish the series on 9th volume in December... kind of a dick move to "scanalate" chapters that are already officially translated and released.
So that means 11 chapter to go....

Well,I read some chapters ahead C.30 in spanish,and so far,that means that either:1-They translated it from somewhere in english;2-They directly translated it from japanese/korean/elvish/google;3-They made it up.
But I know spanish so my research don't go too far.And since the DCMA don't really care about other languages apart from english,there is a whole universe of "licensed" mangas out there to discover.(For instance,I am so jealos of all those in russian that can't read)
It would be easier for you to just read it at a Barnes & Noble probably. I think that's where I skimmed it. The story wasn't so good anyway and stopped making much sense at all a few chapters ago.

He has a giant cock. It would make sense for him to feel weak when all the blood goes there.
I mean, his disease was because of trouble with blood flow right? Since he trained with his dad he has like total mastery over his body.
I think he just thinks he still has his disease even though he already overcame it with his training.
After all he held hands with Kyouka and nothing happened.
Basically at this point its all in his head.
