the lack of skill/rule/card effect explanation is disturbing...
The storyline is like a sure-axed manga before being axed...

Well maybe if it was original content not some dragon ball spin-off wanting to tickle those with some nostalgia. The point was not a "manga about people playing tcg" , but "DRAGON BALL TCG" , funny how you have selected reading.
You sound like you have never read/seen a story featuring a collectable card game before.
