In "Centaur's Worries" one small child character has an idea, and this is shown with a light emitting diode. It's really cute!
It's because the manga strays away from typical shounen series. Nowadays we get plenty of battle manga, so a story about discovery through SCIENCE is like another comment said, is a breath of fresh air, prove that shounen doesn't have to be about fight all the time.
Suddenly the plot thickens, Senku village actually his name. And after this arc explaining to us, I get the gist Taijuu(WHO?) is back.

It's like isekai, but not really isekai with all the things that's supposed to make it isekai. It's like a Konosuba with the shounen genre instead of the comedy/drama genre.
Suika's idea light is a torch, Chrome's is a filament. I love the little touches like that, lol.
