It's not that political. It's just antiwar, but more explicitly than Go Nagai's other works. But all of Go Nagai's manga are about the horrors of violence and war.
Why would you say that? I usually read things like this to try and get away from political bias. How bad is it?
Also, maybe letting the cat out of the bag this early on, could be one of the many differences that change the outcome this time around.
Nice to see someone doing this series, thanks dude. I didn't think it was gonna go there right out the gate, lol, but I guess it would be silly to have it as part of the big reveal all over again. Thinking back to Devilman Lady, I'm wondering if Ryou will get preggers from Yuuki and give birth to Akira... Never know with this series...

Yes it is after Devilman Lady, though I am not sure how it ties to Lady just yet, but this is supposed to be the conclusion to the entire Devilman story.
