(As a foremention, I fucking hate lolicons and I only ever see young girls in anime as cute children I'd want to protect, much like a younger sister or cousin)
In that sense, what if it were a woman who was mentally over the age of 21, but just short? See, I just find it all garbage because it's pretty clear that Japanese writers know exactly what they're doing and who they're pandering to when they create these characters. i.e. Nowi from Fire Emblem Awakening
simply yes, its not about the body age that makes it a crime. its all about the "mental" age we need to consider and how much of awareness does one have, imagine a new born or a toddler in an adult body and here you are tricking her to give candy for xxx unspeakable things.
i don't approve lewding of lolis.
But flip it around, is it legal if an adult (of age adult) turns into a loli? They're still of age, but their body "appears" younger. (Answer may surprise you, in the U.S. the legal answer is no.)
If it's a permanent change, nope! If it's temporary change, yes. >:^(
Are you really at the point where you're rabidly defending a plot that's just a thinly veiled excuse for the author to draw T&A? I mean great, that's what the readers in Japan want, that doesn't mean there's anything wrong with calling a spade a spade. Personally I enjoy it for what it is even though I realize that it's pandering to the lowest common denominator.
you can criticize all you want, no one from Japan or anywhere else will give a shit, they take into account their own audience not some random American bitching
So many people are hypercritical of them, and I keep reminding people the same thing, "this was written for a Japanese audience [...]". My point is not that they cannot criticize the manga, but that their points for criticism are based off of standards and ideals that are irrelevant to the manga (and that their criticism is ultimately meaningless as it will virtually never be heard by the mangaka or publisher).
It isn't that someone cannot be critical of it, and it isn't that their opinion is necessarily "bad" but simply that it is... simply and utterly irrelevant. It won't reach those who would change it (only the targeted audience's opinion matters in this respect) and it won't necessarily change the translation group's opinion on translating.
Oh, and for the isekai, I also mention that finding them only to be critical is a waste of everyone's time and energy for the above reasons.
So, moral? Your opinion(s) matter, unless you expect them to matter with respect to anything regarding the manga (as it is for a different audience, blah blah, etc).
its not about countries, it's about target audiences
It's aimed for a specific culture, and you're not the culture it's aimed at. Sure, feel free to enjoy it but its not for you to critize.
Shit, I knew they couldn't go a chapter without reinforcing the loli has the succubus genes
ohh boi dat imouto... soo tasty
>Not entering a woman when she tells you
Ah the shonen protag
You come across as far more self-entitled, demanding that nobody says anything bad about this series, than the guy simply saying the faults he finds in it.
If his opinion doesnt’t matter, neither does yours. That’s how opinions work.
How can such a pure and innocent request be so dangerous?! XD
Conquering the Loli first i see
Little succubus wants to get in some practice?
And then the FBI barged in and MC was sent to jail.
I vote for this being the new synopsis here on batoto ^.^
>Let's go in together.
WHAT DOES SHE MEAN BY THAT?!
WHERE IS THE NEXT PAGE?
WHAT A CLIFFHANGER!
Why is THAT the last page of chapter 21?! I mean, I have zero objections... it's adorable, but it is such a weird way to end a chapter...
ch.21 p.18, third case. You guys forgot a "friends" somewhere in there. ^.- "I want you to go play with your* [friends] more before you come back home." >_>
Premise: Cute woobie half-demon needs hugs--and headpats--badly. Other supernatural peeps think this is lewd-wrong-bad and try to stop it, for no good reason. :<
