The time-skip plot device... That getting played this early on means, that the author either has his stuff figured out all the way, or that he was unsatisfied by how things were going on currently...

How fast the rest of the chapters (mangas stalled at ch15) are up to how fast I clean them, I started working an actual job the other day but the goal is one per week, so look forward to the weekend/next monday! Anyway, have fun reading, I know I did!

The way he casually conveys this information makes it sound like a commercial, "the best healing results by far!~"
And so you know, the manga ends in a huge cliffhanger in the third volume, and sadly it was cancelled just there, so we'll never know how this series ends.
