ik, it was a joke.
The world's land mass is only about 30% of the Earth's surface right now, so if it were changed to 3/5 all of a sudden we'd have about twice as much land as we have now.
(Groin-kick scenes cause me to suffer sympathy pains which leave me temporarily impotent, which REALLY cuts down on my enjoyment of manga with lots of ecchi scenes!!)
