This is improperly tagged as romance, there's really nothing romantic about it apart from the comedic confession at the start.

I really like it, but it seems pretty light on the romance department. The only hint of it was the doctor confessing to the male nurse at the beginning, and I'm not even sure it was a declaration of love.
