The 1st chapter was 'cut' in the worst pace as reader will still not knowing what the 'interesting thing'. First chapter should be the main point to attract new reader...

Right. One single boring chapter.
So far, we know there's a guy who doesn't like school, his two thirsty friends, a girl who doesn't like the first guy, and their teacher who wants them to be at school. The first chapter, in general, sets the tone for the series. It tells us in a general sense who the main characters are and a general idea of the plot. This chapter tells us a couple random bits of trivia and then just says ah- uh- the end.
It feels more like the author just arbitrarily decided "22 sounds like a good number of pages" than actually consciously decided this was a good place to end this chapter. I'd like for this to be good, just from how much I like reading good stuff than bad stuff. And if it gets better from this point, then that's good. But right now, it's not good.

It's so weird to read a manga where everyone has a western name.
Really? I'm on the edge of my seat wondering how cutting glasses relates to cutting classes.
