To use his ability for good, is Kasuga Rito's hidden wish, but to do that, he needs to gain magic power first. Rito is a sophomore in Rezon Institute, a school for people with special magic abilities. Each student has to reach 100 points to be able to start using their ability, otherwise they won't move up to "Starlight" class. But Rito, known as "the Eternal 99", has been stuck with an unchanging 99 points for a long time.
So here comes his plan: to become friends with Scuse Fontana, a three-day exchange student from the Demon World, and to ask her for some food. (There's rumor that a human can increase his power by eating food from the Demon World). He slips into the hotel where a welcome party is being held for the much respected lady, just to find that she's actually absent. Losing hope, he wastes no time in leaving the hotel. In a back alley behind the hotel, he finds a tiny dragon, which for some reason sticks to his head, and now he can't get it off... |

Obviously the sisters...are screwing around.Rather they ADORE the littlest sister thus... they tease her mercilessly. Scuse is obviously the worst offender judging by her own actions. Evil sister is EVIL
I don't enjoy reading this... the narrative doesn't flow that well, and it feels rushed with the storyline with no time to actually relish and cultivate the plot's potential. It was partially pleasant to read this at first, but it started becoming irritating due to the tedious interactions.
Just when I thought it was over with chapter 12 and a somewhat decent ending, a new character appears and the manga will likely end in a weird way due to being axed

Eagh, mediocre at best. Dialogue and plot have the depth of the puddle and the clichés are so dense that I wonder if there's a single original line. It's like a fanservice manga without the fanservice.

wow pretty good, the art is decent too wonder why it is dropped. Anyway wondering if that girl from his past (the one he tried to save but failed) will come into play later on
