Another great chapter! Thanks for translating.
I feel bad for this series; it's going to be compared to Hikaru no Go, and that will never bode well for most series.
Regarding the phrase "The place I was living at the very start", the original japanese is:
(with commentary of actual games!)My guess is the translation. They are often done by beginner-intermediate level Japanese learners.
Otherwise, she could just be confused herself, being almost a beginner.
Perhaps it's the translation, but it sounds like she's implying the black group here is dead. Unless black lets white take two consecutive turns, the black group is alive. I hope this is not a sign of the mangaka not knowing enough about Go to make the games realistic.
This reminds me of when I learned go in elementary school. Of course I wasn't any good

Looks interesting, but since it's shoujo it'll probably have more feelings.. And not that much actual Go playing. I'll just enjoy it as a shoujo rather than as a Go manga.
This manga needs better translation.
Hikaru no Go Girl Version ?
Eh. It's a little confusing, and too much is crammed into one chapter to really enjoy, especially when it's inevitably going to be compared to a masterpiece like hikaru no go.
can't not read a manga about go...
