[Spoiler] My guess from the latest chapter is that the warden is using the blood of the "beautiful" women for her beauty purposes. Then she's either injecting them with a disease(s) to cover up the experimental process & torture- because she's a hot ass sadist- or the disease(s) helps her discover which ones are best for attaining a more youthful appearance.

They sure don't make manga like this anymore because shitty pretty boys who may or may not be gay get more attention.
