Sarah won, with her help. From the article I read, it looks like the author got sick or something, and because of that, ended the series. The extra chapter was supposed to be the romance closure. Since Sarah was the girl he took, it would imply that she won. I think she won because of popularity though. She was my favorite too.

Hinako is cute, I like her so far(~ch7), she might be the closest that guy is ever gonna get to a normal GF, unless maybe he can win over the assassin. But most of all, give it up for my bro Gouda! He knows where it's at.

Also the perv in me is simultaneously confused and saddened as to why they had full on tit exposure in that one omake (7.5) and didn't do it again. 

I've seen that happen before with Rosario to Vampire season 2 and I think it's the publisher allowing tits only once or something like that? Also since 7.5 is an omake I assume that was only tankoubon release which has slightly more lax rules about it.

They ended it because the mangaka's health dropped I heard. Which, hell he could've just put it on hiatus. It was a generic friendship ending, not bad not good. But it is a shame as there was plenty of room for development, like giving reiji some actual development, maybe giving the nerd a serious GF, deciding who wins the tamito love rectangle, giving tamito a better ability (maybe even making him go rouge for a little), sarah working towards being an idol more. The list goes on.

I bet on it. Well, everyone on that classroom is a Criminal, except for Tamito, also Hinako wasnt stalking anyone when they met.  There is the fact that just Stalking isn't something that will get you in jail in Japan. So I think that is something related to her Yandere side, maybe she actually killed someone before.

A shame it ended before the series really took off since it seemed like the author had a decent story to write out. He spent a fair amount of time teasing Tamito's ability and what it might cause in the future but I guess the series stayed a comedy til the end.

Not the worst axed ending. At least we got some closure and didn't feel too forced.

She is no longer annoying at the final chapter though.

Harukana was never annoying, except maybe her first chapter or two.  Some people around here just refuse to accept character development.

 So apparently this is ending pretty soon because the artist has health problems or something like that (he talked about it in his Twitter).

 It's a shame, this was really entertaining.

it's pretty sad when that happen, only can wish that the author can get healthy and bring another good series (like this one before harukana's arc)

Hopefully the author will make a sound and healthy return and work again on the series...
