The cover of second volume looks like ore no imouto, and the third looks grappler baki. So yeah, it's same manga.
I am a bit confused. The cover and the description are a bit different than chapter 1? Is this all really the same manga?

While this is being translated, you should read another version of C&P by OCHIAI Naoyuki. That one was really good.
