Well it's So Hee Park's style. tbh, the art isn't completely to my tastes either but it's not poorly done so you just get passed it.
there is a delay on this project due to some issues... but we will be releasing new chapters for this project this week.

She's the author of Goong, which was (probably still is) a very popular manwha in Korea - it also spawned two dramas, a short continuation in 2014 at Naver... she's a pretty big deal.
