After that he obviously seems bothered when she shows happiness and even more after she gets the cellphone strap. If you are going to play the "im over you already and quite happy with my life" game then play it to the full extent and stop giving a shit.
Mayu however was just rude out of sincerity but well, I guess it can be forgiven since he is just a kid. With how much of a dick his dad is implied to be its surprising he is even this polite.

We usually don't give updates since we don't really have an organized schedule. Though if you were to email us we usually try to tell you what our plans are for a specific project. For this manga, chapter 6 will be translated by around Monday. Since I can't speak for the cleans, QC and whatnot lets just say it'll take around a week from Monday. Maybe more, maybe less.
