However, 3rd volume on it develops a distinctive art that's incredibly dynamic and cartoonish and fits extremely well with his bipolar+maudlin style. It juxtaposes gag humor and tragedy in the most retarded way possible, but the craziness somehow actually helps it be MORE climactic against all logic. This manga is a rollercoaster of drama and a hurricane of bad jokes but it's never, ever boring
