Ha, that's just silly. In reality, parthenogenesis would result in a clone. And there are no factors to induce parthenogenesis in mammals, so this is practically science fiction. Assuming that the actual process was artificial spermatogenesis followed by in vitro, well good job. You've broken quite a few current long standing scientific ethical boundaries just to spite a megalomaniac. Couldn't you just sue him?
I feel like this story is what happens when you give a plot speed.
Why is the first chapter of this manga feels like chapter 5 or something, it just abruptly start mmm....
I'm totally okay with another delicious Yuri manga though mmm...
