Description: | Ten is a friendly guy who happens to be good at Mahjong. Or, more appropriately, good at cheating at Mahjong. If someone is betting on a Mahjong game and ends up in a pinch, they call Ten to win for them. He always does, and because he understands how frustrating it is, always has the courtesy to give the people he cheats against a chance to beat him up. With his friends Hiroyuki, Ken, Akagi, and others, he eventually decides to take on something much bigger than cheating in small gambles. Sequel: > Hero - Gyakkyou no Tohai (http://www.batoto.net/comic/_/comics/hero-gyakkyou-no-tohai-r5228) |

what a phenomenal manga, the last 3 volumes is the best thing i've ever read
Masterpiece
This finale was really great, totally worth reading.
yes, it really does
it's already way better at around chapter 10, the first few where weird and confusing
It gets better pretty fast, please stick with it I swear it'll be worth it
The beginning is pretty bad :/
hope it gets better asap
I finally got around to reading this from start to finish, and I've gotta say that the final arc made me cry like a bitch. Too many emotions going on at once.
Amazing read, the complex mahjong battles might be a bit of a turnoff for someone who doesn't know a lot of mahjong, but it's really worth it. Also, it's kinda funny how the description and even the title describe Ten as "That dude who did Tenhous by cheating and stuff" even though he completely stopped cheating like less than halfway through the manga. Same with Ten's family, they only appeared like once at the beggining and they were mentioned once at the end.
I have way too much to say about this manga, but it would mostly result in spoilers, so I'll leave it at that.
Definitely good stuff.
Let's just thank god that he decided to stick with suspense rather than tearjerking drama. The final chapters are intense.
And the finale... Wow, just wow. That was so moving. Probably my favorite FKMT manga.
