Why the hell is this 4chan made looking attempt at a webcomic on here?

No, people dont just start disliking something for no reason.
People hate Isekai for two major reasons, first is that like everything that gets a surge of popularity it gets copied and a lot of it is of very low quality since its just ridding the wave before Isekai we had "magical school" scenario,
Now the other reason and why I am putting this reason separately is because this is in my opinion the main reason to why and the reason is there was a flood of it, its not like there was just some bad Isekai but we just got it all dumped at once that soured people, we had Isekai before this flood ... Escaflowne, Isekai no Seikishi Monogatari and Zero no Tsukaima for example but this was a pouring of basically the same concepts that make people very weary of them.
I mentioned 3 series that are Isekai but I doubt many people will associate them with the current wave, its suddenly having a bunch of several similar series with dubious quality all at once ...
The whole "starting again on another world with a cheat ability" is pretty much what Twillight was, just for a different audience.
Twilight was actually objectively poorly executed. Baseless isekai hate is just a new meme.
Is Isekai the Twilight of manga?

Only if you ignorantly assume that, out of an entire diverse subgenre that is still growing, every title is bad just because it falls into that subgenre. Even then, it still won't be true because your personal bias doesn't make something objectively bad. It makes you a poor judge.
