Description: The story of a girl who slips back in time to a different era. While playing in her family's garden, Asahi gets sucked in by the small pond and when she wakes up she finds herself in a place that seems like Japan from ancient times. A powerful clan takes her in, but the reason for their kindness is that they intend to sacrifice her to the water god, the dragon, to be his bride... Now that she is at the mercy of a god who appears to know no compassion, what will Asahi's fate be?

Flowerless? Unflowered? Short of a flower?

Common usage for the thing that was only implied is 'deflowered.'  For what we actually saw, flowerless.

IT'S BACK!!! Thanks No Group (is that the group name or default for if there is no group?) or Sutaru or both LOL

mmmh.. è come se al capitolo 24 mancassero delle pagine alla fine x.x

There's just something I don't quite get, but maybe it is just me : "Oh, there's this girl, over there, who's protected by a Water God who follows her and eventually does what she wants (not really, but that's the impression they get)".

"Let's go and kidnap her and order her to do our bidding, for the country's sake" or  "Let's go and kill all of her countrymen and friends and then rape her for good measure. I'm sure she's asking for it."

"This will surely make the God pleased with us and he will shower us with blessings".

Yeah right... or, you know, he could smite you, drown you, transform your country in a desert, or even worse, because you hurt someone who seem precious to him?

I guess only death can cure stupid.

the Darwin Awards address that same issue....

Haha that too

Yeees, now she . . . doesn't have it any more.  What would you call that?

hehe, she gave him her flower...

As Chupizilla say, subtle.

hehe, she gave him her flower...

AH YES TRULY A SUBTLE METAPHOR.

hehe, she gave him her flower...

I was judging more from her appearance and mannerisms more than anything. In any case, a kid demonstrating the emotional maturity she did before the timeslip almost certainly didn't get introduced to the concepts of treating viral/bacterial disease and the need to triage and quarantine the contagion.

I was thinking she was maybe somewhere from 7-10. But in my perspective, I don't think she was purposely quarantining the people. I believe she was just bringing them to the same place so she could care for them properly. Also, even at the age of 5, children understand the concept of a hospital, where sick people gather in the same place to be treated. Children are smarter than you think!

the next chapter is 50 pages long... should I release it sooner, in two parts? or take longer and do it in one big release?

Echoing the sentiments expressed - whatever works best for you, we all appreciate the story and your translation!

Where does it say how old she was?

Whatever suits you ... ❤️

I'm assuming Asahi's accessed the female doctor's instructions and notes she left behind, otherwise she'd have no idea how quarantine works. Seriously, she was six when she crossed the tesseract, there's no way she knew this stuff. *decides to stop pointing at the plot hole because this development is interesting*

Thank you for your work, much appreciated. Whatever suits you, to be honest ^.^ .

And, indeed, keeps slipping out of fashion.  Many modern Christian sects, for instance, have very much set the whole mercy and love thing to the side in favour of hellfire and enemy-smiting.

Don't give Christians all the credit. Name any major modern religion, and there are people right now committing genocide in its name (even Buddhism, which surprised me at first). Not saying that religion is inherently evil or anything like that, but it seems to be a nice excuse.

Here's the thing: a "loving god" is a relatively new invention

Thank you Kyokyo, hope you will keep up ❤️
