And now they apparently have lost the publishing rights, instead kodansha have released two volumes of it, this probably means someone can start scanlating it
I think Kobayashi is just having fun with drawing cute girls in slightly sexy situations, since there's not really a story to this. Not that I'm complaining, cuz it's pretty amusing. I'm not really sensing any real yuri/shoujo-ai vibes though. Like Garrum said, it seems more like the other girls are just teasing Honoka. I'll have to wait and see before I pass a verdict though.. in the meantime, it's funny and cute enough to follow.
I like that the other girls don't come off as rapey or mean when they are messing with Honoka. It just feels like older sisters teasing a younger sister in a (mostly) good natured way.

So far it seems to be a manga completely concerned with fanservice. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
