A inconsistency is Subaru working in his tracksuit, it should be in his butler attire.
Even with that, it was pretty good.
Thats because they are entirely different manga done by different artists and published by different mags.

Pg 15 has a minor translation error.
Beatrice: Since you're out of sorts, they thought I might have done something to you.
Beatrice: It's pretty rude of them, really.
Pg 19 has a moderate translation error.
Subaru: You're sorry for what you did to me, right?
Subaru: You! Are sorry! For what! You did! To me! Answer with ‘Yes’ or ‘да’.
Beatrice: I'm not.
Subaru: I'll tell Puck about this.
Beatrice: Guh...
Beatrice: Just a liiiitle bit.
Beatrice: I might have tried to feel sorry, anyway.
Subaru: If you're sorry
Subaru: And want me to forgive you
Subaru: Please listen to this one request of mine.
This entire sequence is because of what Beatrice did to Subaru in Chapter Zero.
If the original translation didn't seem to make much sense, it's because it was wrong.
Aside from that I'm not aware of making any other translation errors. There are a few cases where the meaning got warped slightly by the proofreader, but that's no longer my business, and they really aren't that far off. (Ch18p4 for instance. It's not disappointment at the burden of having to rush, it's disappointment at the [horrendous judgment of the] burden (or liability) [aka Subaru, that weakling] rushing headlong into danger.) See, not that far off. :3
Zero Arc II is the first series I finished translating. Reading some of the earlier chapters now makes me want to whack my past self quite a bit, as even though the precision of each word wasn't really that bad to begin with, some of the earlier chapters sound quite unnatural when reading them aloud. Over time I found my reliance on the dictionary to drop from about once every bubble to once every 4 pages or so. It is probably this effect of transitioning from translating words to translating sentences that accounts for the difference in how the dialogue flows. Going word by word is kind of missing the forest by looking at the trees.
That's something that doing this much translation does to you over time.
Incidentally, re-reading the series is interesting as some of the art later on was actually drawn in the earliest chapters of the manga. The mangaka did a bit of advance planning, so if you return to chapter one, you'll see some now-familiar references. It might be worth going through Ch 1 once more before going on to Arc III proper. Since returning to the start of an arc is kind of the theme of this series, and the references are at the start...
Dang it Fuugetsu Makoto, you're turning us all into Subaru.

The anime starts with arc 1.
Click on the author Nagatsuki Tappei's name next to the manga's image at the top of this page. Three titles should show up, the one under -Daisshou (which should be Daiisshou but for whatever reason it was written as such, just saying) In short Daiisshou is arc one Dainishou is two and Daisanshou is three respectively.
And I've noticed that the artist's name for arc one and three is misspelled? I thought it was Matsuse Daichi instead of Matsue, maybe I'm posting this in the wrong section but hope anyone kind enough can edit said mistake. Thanks in advance and also for the scanlation.
It's Rem. It was her one second,one thought of relief - finally her better, perfect sister will not be that anymore. And she hate herself for that one thought in that moment, because of course she loves her sister and don't really wish her bad.
