How the hell did a cellphone novel like this one get this much publicity? Not only did they make a live-action movie but they also completed a manga with five volumes. I swear, this manga made me cringe, yet I also forced myself to finish what I had started. All of the characters lacked depth, and many were completely one-sided. Oh, and Nobuaki Kanazawa is the worst one of them, and that's simply because he's a Mary Sue. Hell, it can't get any more obvious when you realize that he just so happens to share the author's name.

Even worse, most of the characters had this creepy fascination with Nobuaki. Not only did Nobuaki get his ass saved so many times, but he was also one of the least useful characters in the plot. I know the guy is suppose to be naive, but honestly, come on. How the hell do so many people end up relying on him, especially when his "We can save everyone!" plan didn't start producing results until everyone else was dead. -Facepalm-

At the end, instead of wishing for him to survive, the word "die" came in mind so many times. I don't know why the author even bothers writing a tragedy that centers around the sacrifices of others when at the very end it is seemingly implied that everyone is revived. Honestly, I'm not even sure about that one. He could've used a "suggestion" to experience that moment at the end.

By the way, here's a rating for the story: go block yourself.

WTF??? The ending is b*******. The 15-20 first chapters are really good for me, but the rest... I suggest to anyone who read this to just stop reading at that moment and imagine the ending by himself

the manga "ousama game" enden in japan, and it has already been translated into english (you can find the chapters in other manga sites like for example: mangapark) but there are some mistakes between the released chapter 13 and chapter 14 so I'm "KIND OF" happy with village idiot translating these "2 chapters"

in fact, they should pick up the sequel, "ousama game - shuukyoku" so that they dont whaste any time doing something that some one else already did ._.

now, the cellphone novel it's still ongoin  (I think) with at least 4 volumes and 1 prequel Volume.

Thirteen chapters in and this is still entirely unexplained? So how’s the King accomplishing what (s)he does? Did (s)he hack their hearts and minds? Or magic? That would quite possibly be the worst cop-out ever.
As things stand the premise of this manga is retarded as fuck (even the characters themselves said it in chapter 8: “It’s too unbelievable”) but hey, maybe we’ll be given a plausible explanation later on. I for one can’t think of any that wouldn’t rely on some even more moronic plot twist.

Oh and don’t even get me started on the lack of media attention for this whole phenomenon or the multitude of instances where the characters acted utterly illogically ...

How about we just say that everything has been done for the convenience of the plot itself? Don't like that? Neither do I. Damn it, author. I want less answers for questions that aren't even directly related to the story itself! How can you expect us to truly enjoy your work when half the time we're struggling to find your work believable? >_<
