This is about the 5th series that to my knowledge Botato has censored out of the site. And none of them were hentai ! Real hentai is absolute, no-holds-barred "smut" for smut's sake. They are censoring because once one advertiser said remove "Nana to Koaru" and they caved. Now Botato is in the habit of giving in just so they will run no risk at all of losing some revenue. For what it's worth, I normally avoid Botato for this reason.
Stick around for a few years and you'll find that advertisers will become the censors or the Intenet. The trend is very visible here. No government will have to lift a finger.

@Kuroneko, I don't know about there being women or not but I do agree that things are being a little one sided between manga that target men and ones that target women

personally I get the feeling theirs a few women within administration who see as much as erect nipples in a shounen or seinen and ban it as mature, because I know that there are a whole load of smut shoujo mangas here that have full sex scenes that are on this website.
