What makes me sad about this is that it reminds me that it regularly happens in the real world.
hey, i'm an adult so i'm not suppose to cry, but i cried anyways
damn...
My, can't believe I missed this until the author's newest work hit Batoto.
Manly tears were shed.
Holy shit, the beginning of chapter 7 was devastating, I literally had to stop reading for a few seconds
This the newest work of Yanamoto Mitsuharu

It's very good, but don't read this if you're about to go to sleep. Just... don't.
The last page is so beautiful

Really beautiful. The redemption theme ranks up there with Forever Honey and Shiatsu wa Kimi no Uso. Beautifully written.
Fuck...this is so sad! I'm crying.

omg you already know she's going to die but it still hits you.
I think chapter 7 was unnecesary.
Decided to read this, didn't look at the number of chapters, read till chapter 6 and I was like "hey this doesn't seem so bad, sure it's kinda sad that she died but I didn't really know much about her". Then chapter 7 hits and now it's like getting punched in the gut. I...I...I don't even know how to describe how I feel at the moment. I need an adult.
Oh wow this is sad.
That's unfair... One Litre of Tears is the all-time top tear-jerker out of Japan. (Probably the best one based on a real story in the world, given the list here: http://www.imdb.com/list/dn2x0w3nJuc/ )
Yup. It is rather calm and ~beautifully~ sad and leaves an overall good impression, but... I just wasn't that sad.
justmight be my acclimatisation to violent character deaths that leave me flattened for weeksAlso, I found the art kinda annoying. The characters seem very stiff and their expressions don't look as natural as they should. But that's only my opinion.(lol, cried bucketfuls while watching One Litre of Tears, I did)
Thank you for the high-quality scanlations, Norway Scan!
I might be biased since i've watched One Litre of Tears before reading this,
but this manga is not as sad as i thought it would be. Seriously.
This was awesome.
.... my heart... my soul... TT_TT
every chap release from this series, i had to take some time to mentally prepare myself for the feelings.
even though it was just for two pages for ch8, seems my prep this time wasn't in vain
