Almost all of their enmity comes from wanting to monopolize "onii-chan". They share similar tastes and desires, just that there's a bit of a highlander complex due to that.
If onii-chan were to play his cards well, its entirely possible that they'd come to much more H-friendly terms with each-other. And also all over each-other.

This is gonna sound strange because I love me some yuri, but I didn't like this chapter. I've been really enjoying the fanservice in this, but that's because it's always been in harmony with what little story and character there is. It's sexy because when she reacts to onii-chan as a cat she's fulfilling her deep desires that she can't normally have.
But this chapter she's getting all hot with this bitchy chick whose guts she hates? Actually taking the initiative and licking her, ffs?! Why would she do that? She should be taking advantage of cat form to scratch the girl to ribbons. This chapter switches from fanservice going with the story, to the story being purely a vehicle for the fanservice and if it doesn't fit it will be shoehorned in. It's annoying.
Plus the rival thing is lame formula to start with. Hope this isn't a sign of the whole thing going into galloping cliches.
That one chapter of to-love-ru but a whole manga is surprisingly OK
I enjoyed the (delusional) yuri in the latest chapter, but I think all will agree with this next statement: Momono is an A-class you-know-what.
