one of the best love stories ever told, unlike some romance manga shit that ends up pretty vague.
I like this manga but got to say I like Sakakibara better than Shinobu. Makes it hard to finish because I know Hitoyoshi won't end up with her. I'm sure I'm probably the minority here though. Oh well
Looks like he's got another one, but web series.

Sad that it's over but it ended well. In a way I'm also happy the author didn't feel the need to tie up all the loose ends but to simply call them out.
Also thank god it didn't end up getting distorted by obligatory rivals, harem hints and other bullshit. That's probably what would have happened had it carried on for a long time...
Thanks for sharing this awesome work, I am glad for the author and the children.

Thanks for all of the work put in, Meraki scans.
The series itself was a short and sweet thing, a nice first project of the author.
I'm looking forward towards the future.
that face is so ridicolous
ah but its over, one of the manga that i read immediately whenever it release
big thanks for the translator and scanlator for their hard work
I really looked forward to this each day and am truly sorry it's over. Thank you scanners/translators for your hard work.
Noted for the record: "Friend" can also end in 'ship.
Thank you Meraki scans for the wonderful ride qvq
Unpopular opinion, but I kind of like it even if Kazumi and Sasuke stay friends forever. I feel so sorry for her if she can't stay good friends with any dudes because of jealous peeps. She wanted to have a guy friend, not a boyfriend... GRANT HER WISH, SASUKE QVQ I'LL ROOT FOR YOU TWOOO
Thanks for the translations!
except there is no ninjas, only normal highschool people
Wow, I'm glad there are so many Ore Monogatari fans!
Maybe check out Angel Densetsu, as it came first and the plot is somewhat familiar (very imposing guy, who is kind but gives off the wrong impression).
He gets a cute girl, too (though she's the one who does most of the fighting, since he's usually timid unless pushed to the brink) The romance isn't the central focus, but it's there and develops nicely.
Ill be honest, it would've been possible to run with the manga and sort out things like takuma and sasuke. plus there was a possibility for tsukishima as well. but ah well, thats fine, it was still a nice read, even if i just power read through it all in the last hour or so
I'm a little sad to see this series end, but I'm glad it went the way it did. it was a nice, straightforward story from beginning to end with no shark jumping. Thank you translation teams for bringing this out in English. if it gets licensed I'll have to pick it up to help out the author.
Thanks Meraki Scans for your hard work. It was a joy and very funny to read.
Top 10 manga for me, possibly top 5.
Spin off with Sasuke when?
Ending reminds me of Itoshi no Karin, not again
I'll miss this, thank you Meraki Scans.
Indeed. Ore Monogatari is at the top of my large list of Please Rescue This Manga.
(Taking a look at my list of follows, I have far too many of those. I'm starting to think I should never follow good manga... my follow seems to be the Chinese Amazon Kiss of Death.)
This was really a lovely little manga. It rode the jokes long enough to make me feel affectionate about them but not long enough to feel stale, it had a light touch and a sincerity to the characters, it gave me sweet vanilla between the comedy and a nice resolution. It didn't go on for volume after volume after volume of filler getting bogged down in nothing.
