Oh ho ho. What's this then? We getting some of that "Maidragon" serious plot point foreshadowing? What's the deal with all these masks?
I'll take it. The casual confession/decision that they're going out was pretty cute and amusingly not made a huge deal of which is sometimes nice to see in manga.
For curiosity, I've done the math. The part where her weight is done is titled "BMI 17", so she has 17 as BMI.
BMI = Weight / (Height^2), with height in meters. So, Height = SQRT(Weight/BMI) = SQRT(30/17) = 1.34m = 134cm = 4'3
She's in 3th year of college, so she's nearly an adult. She's literally a dwarf.

Kobayashi-san's Maid Dragon? Hilarious shit! Also, dragons technically want to slaughter the humanity, and there are some thing like office workers overworking themselves or Tooru struggling with her nature and people accepting her.
That one with large, fat, bald high school student? Yeah, there be issues for few people there.

That's probably the Cool work I want to see translated the most D0=! And it has that mystery element too, but for some reason no one wants to translate it (T,T ).....
I knew I saw this from the anime in a flashback or something .Every character in Cool's manga roster is connected to each other or set in the real world after all. Still can't get over the fact that Miki was a detective shooting high school girls with a real gun though.
I hope that this wouldn't be dropped until the very end unlike the other manga from Cool.

I'm pretty sure they're referring to the rather copious amounts of oppai-loli or /ss/.
Cool kyo like "weird couples", its something he already said himself. So its not weird if you assume it's one of them, a tall guy with a petite(almost loli) girl.
