I wouldn't say she's "dense". She teased her brother about having a sister complex indirectly in this chapter. Plus, she's been dealing with her evil step mother for years, so it must be nice to have someone who's on her side. .
The girl is so dense about her brother being thirsty as fuck for her. He's fucking annoying too. And it's unbelievable that he's stayed quiet for all these years.
