Description: | In all-girl's school is preparing to consolidate with another nearby school, which will make them co-ed. Uryuu Shingo is chosen to be a male 'test student' at the girl's school before they officially merge in the following year. On Shingo's first day, he learns that many of the girls are not happy about the coming merger. Specifically, Sena Airi is staunchly opposed and refuses to welcome him to the school. Some of the other girls are friendly, but Airi has a lot of power over public opinion. The truth is, though, that Shingo has met Airi before. When she and Shingo's little sister got lost, he helped them find their way. Airi seemed to like him then, back when she didn't know he was going to be her new male classmate. Maybe he'll be able to win over Airi, as well as all his other interesting female classmates! This is the official comic based on the game of the same name by Palette. I've read this thing at least three times. and from reading the comments I will now refuse to watch the anime because they changed the route. Having a different girl would kill the taste of vanilla in my mouth and I won't have it. I read this to be able to understand the spin-offs but now I don't want to read them. ShingoXAiri.
Cute, enjoyable little story. Not too much to say.
Noticed that in a few things, incredibly flow-breaking when you completely drop what viewers would have accepted as the natural flow of the story and then everything just changes.
I think I like Sena's route best of all. Regardless of some considering it the "obvious" choice for the story -- there's nothing wrong with that. You don't need curve balls half way through the story by swapping to another girl to make it interesting.
Miu's route was fine too, but I just love the tamed Sena so much.
what i didn't like that they changed the girl so suddenly, they already focused much on sena for about 5 episode and then suddenly....on to the next girl!! And then they changed her role to the supportive role , like her feelings was never there before
Looks like the animators did well for not adopting Sena's route. Indeed it's the most logical route - but because of that looks like the story is pretty straightforward and it didn't cover the other girls' feelings. On to the next girl!
the faces Ange makes are pure win!
and so, it ends. shall we move on to 'conquering' the others now?
Oh, nice~
I still prefer Miu's route though~
As long as she doesn't turn yandere I guess so
Damn, I thought there would be any rivalry between Airi and Sakuno.
But I'm fine with this development, really cute.
well, that escalated quickly
characters are always drawn so cutely.
also, sakuno <3
the 23rd page gave me diabetes.
There are, also, "Tree Felling" and "Nose Poking" for the boys.
Tissues e.e
xDD
FYI I think one of the pages is out of order. Page 28 (currently) i think should be inserted between pages 6 and 7.
I never really liked the manga art (honestly doesn't match the story, IMO), but I preserved in hopes that it'd lead into Sena route. So glad to hear that. Means I'll have to put up with the art longer now, oh well.
I thought it was cute actually
this is the atmosphere you want to breathe in? Of course you do, it's one in which you have a hot, cute, capable tsundere girl in love with you, why would any guy not want such a thing? =P
Everyone would go to the shop for tissues (-.-) I'm sure about that (-.-)
OMG, tea ceremony and flower arranging as a subject at (public?) school- that's just sad.
Horrible drawing.
So now´s the breaking point from the anime, wanna know how the story´ll develop now.
Well, I don't actually disagree with what you said, but I wouldn't take it that serious. Take a look at shoujo genre for example. You will be flooded with very narrow views on how a man/boy is supposed to be, in order to be desireable. The world of manga and our world are full of stereotypes about gender, nationality and origin, and views on how people are supposed to be. This is a Harem manga, which is almost chauvinistic by definition.
