Huh, since it was used comically, I do in fact remember that Rihito was the last to place in the making of the brackets so I guess everyone really did avoid the assassin.
Went back and looked and I guess roughly 20 businesses avoided the guy (they were 9th). I know some of them had other specific targets though (like the Teito doctor battle).

Changing it to anything other than "cdn (default)" works. I recommend "cdn2 (testing)" just to keep things quick on your end.

Fasting from sleep is actually believable. Even if you follow your usual daily routine, you can go sleepless for two or three days without any obvious effects other than tiredness, more if you don't move as much.
I experienced that myself this year, when after surgery I wasn't able to sleep due to the pain (I refused the painkillers since I know people who are addicted to them) and stayed awake for four days straight. While I wouldn't have trusted myself to handle a weapon or drive in that state, I didn't have any hallucinations or anything like that. So I believe that if you spend the time meditating in a comfortable place, 9 days should be possible.
The only unlikely thing is fasting from water. But if he chose a suitable place with mild temperature and humid air and drank a lot of water beforehand to reduce the mineral content in his body (So he wouldn't have to pee and sweat as much), even that might be possible.
