It appears that she and her two sisters know him, even though he does not remember ever going to Okinawa before. After convincing the three sisters, Nagisa, Shibuki and Mio Miyara, to let him help them out with their work and to let him learn diving from them, Taiyo's childhood with the sisters slowly comes back to him, and certain strange events involving a mystical white whale begins to haunt them. |

In the end nothing really gets explained. I bet the author didn't even know where to start explaining things because the plot is overly complicated. This feels like a lost potential.
I liked it. Art is good, plot is pretty good, and it kept me coming back. Unexplained stuff? Yes, but so what? Not my absolute favorite, but a good read.
Bull crap, you know those japanese would be hunting those whales not saving em! Lies! But he end up with the older sister?
A lot of it was purposefully left unexplained so that readers could draw their own conclusions.
Just done reading. Really, this was so bad. I got held captive by curiosity and kept reading on because I wanted to know the answers to the mystery.... And when I finally got it, it was so.. "That was it?! I thought it was going to be something actually meaningful". Quite a lot was even left unexplained. Yuck.
It felt like an interesting manga with bad pacing at the beggining. The story was moving too slow but the transitions were abrupt.
It became easier to follow mid-way through, but the only driving force was still "I want to know the answers"...
...And by the time responses started to be given, I still only kept reading because I thought "well, maybe at the end it gets better, maybe I am misunderstanding it will be something actually interesting by the time it is done".
In the end, it is just some sort of greek theather meets mexican/brazilian soap opera kind of thing.
So, yeah. If you are reading this, I'd say to avoid this series. It is simply not worth your time.
Thanks. Quite valid reasoning. So what actually makes it good? Any definable aspects?
: Because about two thirds of the way through the plot becomes mediocre and slams off on a bad tangent, this manga had an excellent start, but the "plot twists" near the end, the general reveal, and the result of the night left much to be desired. The plot had elements of conflicted love & tragedy, but the manner in which they were developed resulted in a smear campaign of most of the main characters & degradation of the core plot.
This is a good manga. You must have taste to like it, or else you're just another pleb.
well , i read it , it was very good , it went right to my 10 top manga list
It was pretty good, glad i read it
Because the description leaves the impression of, "Will this be good or will this be mediocre?"
