A year since the last update, huh? More's the pity. It's quite a thrilling story.
This is one of those stories that make me wonder if they are ever going to be completed, besides this manga which is quite long there are two sequels, that is an insane amount of chapters.

i thought this is going to be Seinen with mature and realistic theme (not that shounen is bad) but it is actually a battle manga, i wont say it is bad but a few thing annoys me
First all character basically disappeared like Yuki and MC's friend, heck the Mysterious Girl compeletely from like chapter 10 and vanished till 100+chapter.and lied about 2 vampire for no reason
They randomly invited the whole class to the island without telling them anything, that is just most fucked up and dicky move.
Miyabi mentioned if Atsushi had picked the good katana, he would have died but then the author changed mind and made him immortal
MC and his bro get smash against wall, puke blood, stabbed and cut but not only did it not kill them, they were perfectly fine and continue to fight just as well without even patching up, are they vampire?
MC turn super saiyan and suddenly turn into a Sword fight manga

Damn this shit is like Resident Evil but with vamps instead of zombies n' shit.

At first I enjoyed the manga because I felt it elaborated the emotions that all the characters shared amongst themselves as a group of friends. Unfortunately, that feeling has died down. This is starting to turn into your typical shounen style manga with the hero rushing in, becoming bad-ass, being bad-ass, whilst leaving all the other characters little time for character development. I actually used to appreciate characters like Yuki, Ken, and Rei, but that's also died down. Now the only reason they still exist in this manga is to just describe what just happened briefly and scream the name of the hero.
As I continue reading this, I feel as if the author is just grabbing ideas that seem good at the time but really aren't in the long run. As much as action goes, I like a good story to make every bit of those action scenes meaningful to us readers.

This is very poorly written and is just kinda corny if you ask me. The idea actually isn't bad, but it's just poorly executed. It's all-around kinda amateur-ish even the art isn't great. Not a horrible story, but just not that good. I breezed through this whole thing in like 2 hours because there were so many drawn-out scenes that just seemed useless. Sorry if I offend someone who likes this, it is just my opinion.
