how do you read manga here?

it's been a long ride, but it's finally over.

replying to a comment that is still true 5 months later. My point is still valid with its longevity in not only chapters but also anime my point is made. Also to the lil white knight cry babies you knew its an ecchi series get over yourselves otherwise don't read ecchi series. Just so that you can only complain about its fanservice parts of the series when you full well know that it has had them from the beginning.

what the hell are you smoking dude the series is still great and is getting better at least its not like that annoying OPM or AoT series who are literally shoved in people faces but are really the most boring trash series I have come across this decade.

This was such a poor excuse for fanservice but I guess he's done pretty much beach,baths,more baths chapters etc. But this really ... why not a stripper club or something like that ... hell he'll probably do it if it doesn't end soon.

 I have to agree on Fairy Tail. It is not what it once was. Although I had never thought it was great, but very good. To me it is still good, but not as good. You can tell that the author is trying to bring the series to a close. The ending is just a quick last boss deal. To be honest, I don't think that I personally would call any manga that I have read great. Just different levels of good or very bad. But I don't have the imagination that most do. I do not mean that bad towards those with a strong imagination. I wish mine was better. It probably prevents me from fully enjoying the stories to their fullest.

i haven't really read this in a long time (do translations even make it to Batoto anymore)

but I've been wanting to drop this for awhile now.

It seems a lot of people aren't very happy with what's going on, and FT has definitely lost it's touch, as do so many other "good manga."

I'm curious if people would recommend me giving it another go?

I'm sorry, I'm no longer 12, nor limit my reading list to what just appears in jump magazines. They do have great series time to time. So I have a pretty strong grasp at what is good, great and what is not. This series has long since stopped being great it's though still good(probably). It's pretty much become same basic, tiring and boring clichéd plot hammered out by a prior series i.e. just another DBZ with silly borderline perv fan service, plagued with asspulls. Just because you don't care about or can't recognize them through those thick rose-tinted glasses of yours, I do. So don't ask me what I'm smoking that question should be directed at you.

 

P.S. AoT, I've long since stopped caring about and OPM is great for what it is and I do fear that popularity will eventually kill this one also, if it's not your cup your cup a tea, it's not your cup of tea. Clearly, OPM is not, if you don't get don't call it boring.

I do agree that when you go to other types of manga, there are a lot of interesting things you notice.

I've been reading more ecchi/smut manga lately, and besides the sexual stuff, there are some interesting/fucked up stories, that give oyu a different sort of rush.  I like the psychological stuff (I hear Monster is fantastic as well), so I've been looking at more of that lately.

One Punch Man is great....?  There isn't a whole lot of plot, but there is movement and a "goal" you could say.

It's meant to be funny and show off some great fight scenes.

AoT has lost it's touch, because there is no flow to it, but it's still interesting..

I didn't know either was "shoved in people's faces..."  Besides AoT which had a bunch of movies, and live action and shit like it was the best thing since sliced bread... It was unique, but damn....
