I didn't see anything about an act two but the writer did at least two mangas since this.

Also O_O holy hell, didn't know Deus have that sort of power.
Although I wonder if him having the Omega brand is foreshadowing that he'll be the one to 'ends' this manga (either being the one to narrate the ending, or his final action bringing an end to the story, be it everyone-die or war is over option)
Luke is a pointless character... I hate it when they bring Tag-along characters that don't develop the plot at all.
They should have left him in that town an moved on and they story would not have changed one bit.
