current demon spirit = lian shuang (imouto/little sister)
Imouto is bed ridden cause of accident, big sis trying to find cure
1000 years ago MC tells big sis to sacrifice her life to cure imouto
To do this, chap 95 happened to bait imouto into taking big sis's life without feeling guilty, and also that forbidden cover x.x
In reality: Big sis evolution failed, imouto went crazy, thought herself as big sis
What happened with MC: The events with Yuan Ding happens in the imaginary world and doesn't affect the past, just helps imouto accept the past, raise positivity levels
Ending: Imouto comes to accept past, helps MC fend off the knights, but sacrifices herself to stay at the lake, to accompany her sister, she's lived for a long time already, though sealed, and her sister is her everything, hope that helps

I warmed up my Mangaupdates account and started using a script with Tampermonkey that puts up the link to each translators website like it used to, they have a list function so you can punch in all the manga you read, and it'll update whenever something new releases like the Follow section here.
