This is one of the worst wuxia novel manga adaptations in existence. It's seriously shit. I had forgotten how terrible it was until I saw it made its way to batoto. I really wish I hadn't been curious enough to give it another go, it's the same shit I gave up on reading long ago... I mean how can it be such shit?

I happen to like it quite a bit, but I have no doubt that if I read the CN I would also feel the same.

Some of them are caught up no? And they probably dont have enough manpower to do anything aside from their main stuff

Grandpa Doering, I sincerly apologise that the manhua team not only turned you into a woman, but also turned you into an idiot woman. Please, when you transcend barriers and destroy china, don't kill IET. You are one of my favorite characters.

After reading the LN I'm unable to show any kind of respect towards that character, like seriously Granpa Doehring best grandpa

Cowart is a chick, rewritten story, silly cartoon style... Bleh.

Avatar The Last Airbender is a better adaptation of Coiling Dragon than this shit. At least, it has an accurate representation of Cowart:

Soul Land is actually pretty good

The Author of Soul Land is childish himself and the adaptation is even more so.

All of the adaptations are made for children. I hope they try to make an adapthation of MGA because even though it's childish it is quite gory.

Panlong is one of the few storys which I find a little more grown up mainly becuase of the speech. (I hate sentences like "It took quite a while to describe it, but it happend in a moment for an incense stick to burn." - ruins the mood)

I caught up with the latest chapters of the LN and came here to see how the characters looked like. All those countless "brown-haired youth" and "jade-haired elder"...
Well, in my mind I can change the hair colour of the MC and still have that "brown-haired youth" from the LN. But Cowart... My imagination is not powerful enough to turn that thing into a white-robed very kind old man with the long white beard and a bit mischievious eyes.
