why is the latest chapter appearing in the wrong place...?
Okay, my big problem with the art so far, is that it needs WAY MORE GREYTONE to help the viewer's eye know where to go, because there are too many details. This style could work, if there was just more greytone to show us what is most important in the panel by what it's not on, like the faces. I was hoping that it was just going to be a first chapter thing, but nope. I'm fine with taking a bit more time reading each chapter when it's a style that's shaking things up, but this is a bit too much for me.
beautiful art, definitely--but perhaps not a style so suited for a comic with action (the colored pages were fine but in black and white..). with the amount of detail these pages have i find myself taking just a bit more time trying to figure out what is going on.
Oh, that is beautiful! I can't wait to see more. Hopefully the characters and story will measure up the the art.
Nice job for this preface, it was a pleasure to read.
